Delivery Policy


All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
We will do our best to dispatch orders same day. Public holidays, sale periods or site wide promotions may impact handling times and cause some delays.

Within Australia, your delivery may take between 1 to 5 days. In more remote, and regional areas, deliveries may take up to 10 working days.
International orders can take anywhere between 3 to 15 working days.


We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • Sendle
  • Australia Post

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping within Australia is between $4 to $10 for most items. We offer free shipping in Australia for selected items.
Where shipping charges apply, the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the dimensions and weight of the shipping, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

International Orders

For all international orders - shipping fee starts from AU $15.00

For New Zealand - shipping starts from AU $10.00

For all other parts of the world - shipping starts from AU $15.00

For international orders, you may be charged customs fees, duties or tax. Please note that we are not responsible for those fees & charges and those are payable by you.

Missing or Non delivered Parcels

Missing or non delivered parcels must be reported to us within 20 days within Australia and 30 days internationally. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the carrier or post office will be charged $10 to cover the costs of postage and handling. You need to contact us to arrange redelivery within 30 days of dispatch, after which the refund will be processed automatically.
